Everything was great, efficient stuff, exceptional views over the sea. The room was big and newly renovated, with a nice decor and a private safe, central heating, and a TV set for my comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed this well-maintained and modern hotel, it did not disappoint.

the hotel was fairly clean, facilities were great, lovely and stunning location near to the ocean and ille d'oleron as well as the bay.

This place has a breathtaking location, close to a restaurant, a beautiful lagoon, and the open ocean. the food here is top-notch, and you're just steps away from the sea. 🌊.

The location here is really great, just a short distance from Southover Grange Gardens and right by the seaside. 🌊.

The view was excellent, the bed was comfy, and we had a coffee machine and fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we loved enjoying a relaxed breakfast on the balcony with fresh bread and croissants delivered to our door.

The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! It was right in front of the ocean and also close to Ille d'Oleron. the view from the ground floor room was simply breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful ocean right outside my window. Another great thing about this hotel was the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to fulfill all our requests and make us feel welcome. the breakfast being available in the room was also a nice touch. We enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony, soaking up the sun and enjoying the convenience.

One negative aspect of our stay was the unfortunate noise from construction work happening just in front of our room. It was quite disappointing as it disturbed the peaceful atmosphere and spoiled the otherwise lovely place for us.

the location was breathtaking, right on the frontline of Marennes Plage with a stunning view of the bay and Ile d'Oleron. the design of the property was fantastic, and our room was well, equipped with everything we needed. the ensuite was lovely, and we especially enjoyed the balcony for a relaxed breakfast. the restaurant food was excellent, and the set menu at lunch was great value. the staff were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed. Despite some bad weather, we had an amazing time and can't wait to return.

I keep coming back for the excellent location, friendly staff, and comfy rooms. They even helped me with my heavy baggage when I first stayed here. It suits me perfectly with free parking, a bar, outdoor dining, and beach access. Can't wait to return for Easter!
